APPS

A. Social Media Gateway

Social Media Gateway is an internal tool operated by Bercov Media International SRL that allows the authorized team to simultaneously publish video content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Data We Process Through the APIs of connected platforms, the application accesses exclusively:

  • Account identifiers (user ID, username)
  • Access tokens for content publishing
  • Basic profile information required for authentication

Purpose of Processing All data is used exclusively for publishing video content on the official social media accounts of Bercov Media International SRL. We do not sell, share, or distribute any data to third parties.

Legal Basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract (employment relationship) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller.

Access and Storage Access is restricted exclusively to authorized members of the Bercov Media International SRL team. Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and are not accessible to third parties.

Third-Party Platforms

Transfers Outside the EU/EEA Any transfer outside the EU/EEA is carried out with appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

Data Retention Data is retained for the duration of the employment/collaboration relationship and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

B. Maneaua Auto Poster

Maneaua Auto Poster is an internal tool operated by Bercov Media International SRL that enables the automatic publishing of content on the Company's official TikTok account.

Data We Process

  • TikTok access tokens for the Company's official account, required for publishing via the TikTok Content Posting API
  • Video content and metadata (captions, hashtags, scheduling details) intended for publication on TikTok
  • Activity logs for technical monitoring and debugging purposes

Purpose of Processing

  • Automatically publishing content on the Company's official TikTok account
  • Ensuring the correct technical operation of Maneaua Auto Poster
  • Technical monitoring and error resolution

Legal Basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of the employment or collaboration agreement with authorized users.

Third-Party Sharing Data is transmitted exclusively to TikTok via its official API for content publication purposes, governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy (www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy). No personal data of employees or third parties is transmitted to TikTok.

Data Retention Access tokens are stored securely and accessible only to authorized systems. Activity logs are retained for a limited period necessary for technical purposes only.
